Marshal Badoglio’s continued postponement of his attack is causing much anxious speculation, and people are uneasily Avondering Avliat obstacles are confronting him. A DOW A, Thursday. The Polish surgeon. Dr. Maximillian Belau, lias retracted the statement he made on 7th December, Avhich Avas forwarded to the League of Nations, declaring that Italian aeroplanes bombed the Red Cross Hospital at Dessie. He explains that he signed this statement Avithout reading it, being forced to do so Avhile performing a surgical operation in the presence of Ilaile Selassie.
