CIVIL FLYING
PREMIER HONOURS IN FRANCE. (Received Monday, 11.30 a.m.) CANNES,_ Sunday. Tho blue riband of civil flying France was won by the British Percival Gull machine, piloted T>v Count De Chanteaubrun who made the flight from Deauville to Cannes at an average speed of 187 miles per hour. The prize, amounting to one hundred thousand francs, was competed for by all Continental countries.
