COURSING
MEETING ON 27TH APRIL. Arrangements are being advanced by the Wairarapa Coursing Club for a meeting to bo held on the Mt. Bruce Enclosure on Saturday, 27tli April, when two events will bo held, an open stake and a maiden contest. Nominations will close on the Friday nreceding the meeting, when the draw will take place. It has been decided __ to have programmes printed, detailing the breeding, etc., of the dogs. Several improvements are being carried out on the course. The public enclosure has been shifted nearer to the escapes and the number of points secured by each dog will be displayed on the judge's box at the end of each course. Arrangements are also being made for a big Jubilee meeting.
