C. Orange,'L. J. Taylor and N. H. Prior. R. Frater, nominated by G. D. Wilson, L. Barber and E. Hale. H. E. Gardner, nominated by J. Betty and D. A. Pickering. WAIRARAPA HOSPITAL BOARD. J. C. Ewington, nominated by A. D. Low and A. Hendry. Trevor Beetham, nominated by T. Jordan and V. E. Donald. WAIRARAPA POWER BOARD. R. J. King, nominated by A. W. Chapman and H. E. Pither. H. P. Hugo, nominated by G. Sellar and J. V. Gordon. WELLINGTON HARBOUR BOARD. T. R. Barrer, nominated by J. C. Ewington, T. Jordan, H. P. Hugo, J. Bradbury, C. E. Daniell and H. E. Pither. It is stated that most of the Wairarapa Power Board seats in the Southern Wairarapa will be contested, those specifically mentioned being the scats held by the chairman, Mr A. C. Pearce, Mr w! Howard Booth and Mr Simon Dalgleish. All the retiring members of the Featherston. County Council have signified their intention of seeking re-election.
