EKETAHUNA SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report having held a special sale of ewes and lambs at Eketahuna, when they submitted a good yarding to a large gathering of buyers. Competition was very keen throughout the sale, very satisfactory prices being realised for all lines offered. The following is *the range of prices:—A/c G. H. Hickmann, 151 2th ewes, 28/6; 121 4 and 6-th, 28/5; 144 4 and 5-year-olds, 25/1; 93 shorn ewe lambs, 16/9; 56 shorn wetlier lambs 12/6. A/c W. Anderson, 100 5-year ewes, 19/7. A/c C.
