GLIDING- FEAT IN AUSTRALIA. BRISBANE, Monday. Mr David Milna, honorary instructor to the Southport Gliding and Flying Club, established a Queensland duration gliding record at Palm Beach yesterday. He kept aloft for 60 minutes, covering 30 miles. At one stage he reached an altitude of 1200 feet.
