DANGERS IN RESTRICTION. LONDON, Thursday. The “Liverpool Post” states that a great deal is to be said for the organised marketing of dairy products in Great Britain, but it should be a more spontaneous thing than the protective measures Major Elliot devised, with their mischievous addendum, “restriction.” There is a danger that these schemes will produce a vast bureaucratic crop.
