DIVORCE COURT
RICHARDSON PETITION.
AUCKLAND, Thursday. The hearing was concluded in the Supreme Court of a petition for divorce brought *y Kenneth Bahiri Georgo Richardson against Mona Mary Rich ardson, the petitioner alleging misconduct The jury found that no misconduct'had occurred, and the petition was dismissed, with costs against the petiMr Singer asked for costs on .behalf of the respondent, and Mr Johnstone requested costs on behalf of flic corespondent, which were granted m each C3 Mr Singer: “I have my client’s instructions, sir, to ask if you will be good enough to hear her divorce petition to-morrow. I think I may open y put it that she wishes to rid herself of her husband’s name.” His Honour: “Mr Justice Herdman will be hearing the divorce to-morrow. Mr Singer: “Thank you, sir. I will mention it to him.’ ’ (P.A.)
