SCOTTISH CONCERT

OPERA HOUSE ON JANUARY 25. An opportunity to enjoy good Scottish music will be afforded the public of Masterton on Wednesday, 25th January, when, under the auspices of the Wairarapa Caledonian Society (Inc.), a concert will toe given in the Opera House. Artists from Wellington and Blenheim, together with local talent, will take part in a number of elocutionary and humorous items. Favourite Scottish airs and songs will be most delightfully rendered toy artists who have always appealed to the public when their voices have been heard over the air. Popular prices are being charged: Dress circle and front stalls, 2s; back stalls, Is. Seats may be booked ta the Arts and Crafts free of extra charge. Further particulars will be given later and in the meantime people are urged to keep the evening of 25th January free.
