PORTFOLIO RESIGNED. (Received Friday, 12.40 p.m.) BERLIN, Thursday. General Groener, aa’lio brought about the ex-Kaiser’s Avithdrawal to Doom, has resigned from the Ministry of Defence, though he retains the Interior portfolio.
His resignation is attributed to the continuous Nazi opposition, since General Groener disbanded Hitler’s “Brown Army.”
