INTERESTING ADDRESS. The members of tlie club Avere to-day addressed by Mr J. TI. Preston, o i the Masterton Aerodrome, on “Flying.” Ho declared it Avas most essential that a person in charge of a machine should possess self-confidence. "Without this, something might easily happen. He described his experiences in conducting 'joy rides, and tho experiences and actions of some of tho passen.geis. A pilot must continually exercise care, and not take foolish and undue risks. The speaker described the course of training through Avhicli the learner had to pass. In an interesting manner, the speaker ansAvered a number of questions. The speaker Avas accorded a very hearty vote of thanks.
