FIVE MEN GAOLED. DUNEDIN, This Day. The case- against the leaders of tlxe unemployed demonstration on Saturday week was concluded this morning when Mr 11. W. Bundle, S.M., sentenced Eric Wharton Braithwaite, to three months’ imprisonment, and four men—-Francis O’Rorke, Norman Lee, William Foote and William Ballantync—to one month each.

Lawrence O’Dorke and George Jones were convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called on within 12 months. —(P.A.)
