“One. of us must die, and it is thou, dog of a Frenchman, because we must live!” declared Herr Spangemacher, tho National Socialist leader in the Reighstag, speaking at Oldenburg. Expressing the hope that German troops would soon be marching across the Rhine against France, their deadliest foe, he added insulting epithets regarding M. Briand and M. Laval.
