CROSSING SMASH.
CAR STRUCK BY TRAIN. FOUR MEN KILLED. (Received Tuesday, 10.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, Monday. Anthony Ruffu, Mayor of Atlantic City, .and,three friends, were .killed, instantly when their ear was struck by a train near the city. The bodies were so mangleld that they could not bo identified.
