Down lambs, 28/361bs, 9-Id lb. N.I. Down lambs, 36/421bs, Bid lb. Best N.I. xbd lambs, 28/36'lbs, 9d. Best N.I. xbd lambs, 36/421bs, 84d. Best N.I. wether sheep, 6d to 4|d lb. N.I. ewes, 3Ad to 2Jd lb. N.Z. prime ox beef, 160/2201b5, 4Jd. As compared with last week’s quotation, North Island Down lambs, 28/36 lbs, l-8d per lb lower; best North Island xbd lambs, 2S/36’s, 1-Sd per lb lower. North Island 2nd quality lambs, id per lb lower. Others unchanged. Best North Island wethers, 48/561bs, l-8d per lb lower, 64/721bs, l-8d per lb higher. Others unchanged. North Island ewes, id per lb lower, with the exception of 48/561bs, which is l-8d per lb lower. The market is very quiet.
