NEW BRITISH REGULATION.

LONDON, Friday.

The Home Office, as a sequel to the Paisley kinema disaster, when seventy children were killed, has issued a new regulaion providing that where a. majority of a gathering comprises children there must be sufficient attendants effectively to control the children’s movements and ensure the safe clearance of the building in case of emergency.
