LONG DISTANCE ROCKET.

ATMOSPHERE EXPERIMENT. , , - BERLIN, Friday. The Government has given permission for Professor Oberth to use a lonely spot on the East Coast from which to fire an experimental rocket thirty miles into the sky. The rocket is fitted with astronomical instruments, and will come down by parachuto when the propelling charges aro exhausted.
