RANGITUMAU DANCE.

ENJOYABLE FUNCTION. Another very successful and enjoyable dance was held at the Raugitumau Hall last Thursday evening, proving beyond a doubt that these functions have attained a popularity that must be very gratifying to the organisers. The music supplied by McKenzie’s De Luxe Orchestra left nothing to be desired, and the extras contributed by Miss A. Macdonald and Miss N. Burke were greatly appreciated. Prizes for tho novelty dances were awarded to Miss F. Kemble, Mrs J. Jenkins, and Messrs R. Jenkins and f MeLaehlan. A very dainty supper, arranged by the ladies of the district, was quite in keeping with their excellent standard, raid assisted in no small measure towards the evening’s pleasure.
