EGG-LAYING CONTEST.

MASTERTON COMPETITION. LAST WEEK’S RESULTS. Tho following are the results to the end of the 44th week of the Masterton Poultry Club’s Competition, up to February 6th: — HEAVY BREEDS.

JUDGE’S AWARDS. The competing birds were judged for the second time by Mr L. Cocker (Government Poultry Instructor). Ihe points awarded for first and second judgings are us follows: — HEAVY BREEDS.

The judge said that the condition o* the birds was good, and credit was due for the manner in which they had been ivttonded to.
