RIFFS ACTIVE. BOMBARDING TETUAN. tress Association—Electric Teloerapb—Conrrl TANGIER, Friday. The Times’ Tangier correspondent states that the Riff artillery is again bombarding Tetunn, and has destroyed houses in the Jewish quarters/ There have been several casualties. •The guns are placed on the face of a precipice in the mountains, opposite and high above the town, making the attempts to dislodge them very difficult and costly. The Tetuan batteries and air force are replying, but immediately each shot is fired the guns are withdrawn into recesses in caves, where they are kept concealed. —The Times.
