ODDFELLOWSHIP.

LOYAL MASTERTON LODGE. ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of tlie members of the Loyal Masterton Lodge, M.U., 3.0.0. F., was held last, evening. Bro. K. Aplin, X.G., presided over a good attendance of members. Three brothers were declared on the sick fund, and one brother was declared off the fund. A friend was balloted for and duly admitted a member of the Order. Invitations -were received from the Loyal Heart -of Oak Lodge, Carterton, and Loyal Combination Lodge, Jolinsonville, and the invitations were accepted and arrangements made for the conveyance of members. Tlie annual report and balance-sheet for 3925 was adopted. The. financial position of the Lodge was considered very sat isfact ory. The following district officers were nominated for office:—Grand Master, Bro. A/Rowden; D.G.M., Bro. G. C. Turner, Bro. L. Kitchen; management committee, Bros. J. H. Langley. P. NT. Smith, J. Cane. A. Rippon and C. J. De Lacey; examining officer, Bro. W . M’adeley; book examiner, Bro. A. M. Mui ray; district trustee. Bro. 3. Clarke; ilii-tir.it treasurer, Bro. T. J. Powell; district secretary, Bro. V . 3. Clarke; delegates to B.M.C'., Bros. J. H. Langley, P. M. Smith, A. Rippon, A. Rowden and C. J. De Lacey. The following were nominated for minor offices of the Loyal Masterton Lodge:_R.S. to V.G., Bro. C. Wilton; L.S. to Y.G., Bro. V. Norman; R.S. to X.G., Bro. .!. C. Johnston; guardian, Bro. J. McAllister; warden. 33r0. Hunt. 3t was decided to support the proposal of a levy of 2s (id per quarter to the United Friendly Societies’ Board.
