GLIUM FOB MOHEY. JUDGMENT RESERVED. (’Ey Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAXD, Tuesday. The action in which Robert Richard Holmes sued Mary Winifred Nicholas for £6068, money advanced while the parties were living as man and wife, ha® concluded in the Supreme Court. Sir Robert Stout said lie agreed that there was no proof of a partnership in the business, and said the parties should have had the dispute settled, if they had any regard for the child. He reserved judgment, but still suggested that a settlement should be arranged.
