DAY SITTINGS ADVOCATED. (Received Wednesday, 0.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Labour caucus has elected" James Dooley as Speaker of the Assembly. Mr. Lang has announced that lie agreed with day sittings of Parliament and that no time would be lost in giving eifect to the proposal.
iHis idea is that Parliament should assemble at two o’clock in the afternoon, and that no sitting should extend beyond eleven o ’clock at night.— (P.A.) ' i : = !. i
