BUSH UNION COMPETITIONS.
The matches played on Saturday under the jurisdiction of th© Bush Rugby Union resulted as follows:—Senior: Konini 0 v. Hamua 0, Newman 9 v. Pahiatua 5, Mangatamoka 9 v. HuitanUJunior:—Nireaha 36 v. Mangatainoka 0 Tararua 39 v. Kaitawa 5, Konini defaulted to Eketahuna.
All grades of the Red Star Club will hold a practice on tbe Park this afternoon at 4.30 and 7.30 o clock, and in the Drill Hall on Thursday night at ''pioneer thirds have forfeited to the Red Star thirds. The Pioneer team has withdrawn from the third-grade competition. ■■
