HAWKE’S BAY MEETING.

(By Telegraph —Press Association.) HASTINGS, This Day.

The Hawke’s Bay Rifle Association’s meeting on Saturday and Monday was held in fine weather, except for a short thunderstorm yesterday afternoon. The conditions on Saturday were ideal. The champion belt and gold medal for ithe championship aggregate were won by Rifleman T. Orr, of Greytown, with a score of 262.

The Collins Shield champion teams’ match (300, 500 and 600 yards) was won by Karori No. 1, with a score of 471.

The cadet championship went to W. H. Bertram (Wellington College) with 107.
