At the inquest held in connection with tlie death of Gannon, the Coogee shark victim, an aunt gave evidence that here nephew denied that he had received assistance, but fought the shark alone. A wave brought him to the beach where three men assisted him. All was over then. The inquest was adjourned for a week.—Press Assn.
