OF HUN CROWN PRINCE. WILD RUMOURS AFLOAT. Press Association—Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received Monday, 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, Sunday. The Berlin correspondent of the Observer reports that an extraordinary revulsion of public opinion has restored the Grown Prince to popular favour. It started by a chance discovery of his likeness to Frederick the Great in a widely-shown film, which has since steadily grown and assumed wide dimension. This, pending the publication of his memoirs, is likely to consolidate all classes, including many Republicans, who share the new feeling* Even Ilerr Theodore Wolff writes in the Tageblatt urging that the Prince l)e allowed to return and assist in the development of Germany. There are wild rumours afloat crediting the exile with excellent chances of. securing the Presidentship of the Re-* public. In short, he is easily the most popular figure in Germany to-day.—United Service.
