Napier telegraphic fixture next Saturday evening, at 6.45. Those taking part in the match and having unfinished games should be iu attendance in good time to set up and check position. The secretary of the South Wairarapa players has written to the Masterton Club, suggesting a, meeting of the two clubs at Greytown at an early .late. • Usually two matches are played annually between the North and South Wairarapa players, one at Greytown, and the return at Masterton. The present challenge will be considered at next Monday evening’s meeting.
