The unpopularity of Mr Lloyd GeOrga is now becoming world-wide.. He is discredited at Home through his muddling over the Peace Treaty and the Irish question. The loss of Government seats at \some by-elections and the great turn-over of votes iu others, emphasises the fact that Mr Lloyd George is losing his grip with' the people' of England. :Mr A. Beeson, a well-known New Zealand, journalist, who returned to, the Dominion from America by the Niagara,oh Tuesday, had something, interesting to say to a newspaper reporter regarding peace matters. Mr Beeson has been in New York for the last nine months, this being one of many visits to the metropolis. Prior to this he had been on active service with the Canadian troops, and has spent a good deal of time in France and Belgium.
