The French are withdrawing from Ruhr, and have already evacuated Mulheim and Oeenbaeh. HELPING THE HUN. A NGLO ITALIAN ATT I TIT DE. (Received Wednesday,'■ 8.4*5 a.m.) SA'N REMO, Tuesday. The meeting of Premiers revealed that the Anglo-Italian attitude respecting the Ruhr question was practically unchanged. ’ M. Millerand demanded the complete solidarity of the Allies'-regarding the enforcement of the Treaty,. Signor Nitti demanded a revision of the Treaty in order to assist in the economic resurrection of Germany. Mr Lloyd George asked M. Millerand to assume a conciliatory attitude at least in the interpretation of the Treaty. " The conference lasted two hours, and ended abruptly without agreement on any of the principal points. Militant experts will heard tomorrow. ■
