WOMEN’S HOSTEL.
TO-NIGHT’S MEETING. la the Social Hall, Municipal Buildings this evening, an address will be delivered by.' Mrs Kaye, the Dominion president of the Y.W.C.A., and a recent arrival from England. The chair will be occupied by the Rev 7 . G. T. Brown, M.A. Representatives from the local bodies and all social organisations interested in the erection of a women’s hostel in Masterton have been specially 7 invited to attend, as it is generally recognised that such a building would fill a longfelt want in fihe town. The representatives of all social service and church organisations interested in - this important work should make an effort to attend -the meeting, so that something of a concrete nature may eventuate. It is equally as important that the business men of Masterton should give this matter their serious attention. Mrs Kaye has had a life-long acquaintance with matters pertaining to the welfare of women, and is especially conversant with the recent .mehods in this connection in England and America, and her address undoubtedly will prove very interesting to both sexes. Mrs Kaye is also a powerful and fluent speaker, and thoroughly knows ho<v to handle her subject.
