TROUBLE OVER CAPTURED CONSULAR OFFICER.
WASHINGTON, Friday.
Tho State Department has demanded the release of the Consular officer, Mr Jenkins, who was captured by Mexicans at Pueblo.
The United States characterises the action of the Mexican Government as arbitrary aifa unwarranted.
