AMSTERDAM,

Tuesday.

The "Cologne Gazette" states that Mr Winston Churchill and his satellites have not considered Avhat the policy of starving Germany must lead to. "We have 000,000 prisoners of Avar," nays the Gazette. "Part of Belgium and northern France is in our occupation, and contains a population of eleven millions. If it comes to starving, the subjects of hostile countries will starve first."
