Kilgour, claim £3 ss, costs 10s; W. and G Turnbull and Co. v. Stanley Bennett, claim £70 16s, costs £4 8s; Daniel Matheson v. Joseph Taucher, claim £6, costs £1 3s Gd; Hugo and Shearer v. Piki Manihera, claim £7 14s lid, costs £1 10s 6d; W.F.C.A. v. Charles Savage, claim £1 2s 6d, costs ss. Beserved Judgments. His Worship gave judgment for Gawith and Logan in the case against E. H. Lee and E. H. Wedde, claim for £75, with costs £7 8s 6d. Mr S. Moran appeared for plaintiffs, and Mr R. H. Wedde for defendants. In the case of F. McKellar versus Guy Williams and J. A. Nicholson, a claim for £14 alleged breach of shearing contract, His Worship non-suited plaintiff without costs. Mr Moran appeared for the plaintiff, Mr P. L. Hollings for Mr Nicholson, and Mr T. Jordan for Mr Williams. In giving his judgment, Mr Eeid said that he held that there was io contract binding on defendant Williams to engage the same iKiearers as had shorn at Williams Bros. , JMfcd in the previous year, no written list of names having been submitted by Nicholson as had been the case in preTiouß years. -
