INTERNATIONAL RING.
A GERMAN STATEMENT.
Frets Association—Electric (Eeceived Wednesday, at 8.25 a.m.). BERLIN, Tuesday. During the debate in the Reichstag on tho Army Estimates Herr Liebknecht said at least £15,000,000 was invested in the German armaments industry. Ho renewed his attack on Krupps. He said many high officers and officials were personally interested in shipbuilding and armour , plate firms. He asserted that an international ring existed to supply explosives under the leadership of an English firm and declared that Germany supplied ammunition for Ulster. The War Minister deplored the injury to Krupps by Merr Liebknecht's attacks.
