Mr KiMidall, organiser of the Amalgamated Society of Engineers, for whoso extradition it is reported the South African Government intend to apply, addressed a meeting in the Socialist Hall, lie said:".lt has been demonstrated by industrial action that we can hope, in South Africa at any rate to come into our own shortly." They had the workers educated up to intermittent strikes and also to sabotage. Personally he agreed with the latter. Industrial strike was really war and every possible means must be employed, .lie was not averse 'to murdering a "scab. ,. He hoped the Government would not extradite him. He had conformed to the laws so far, but he did. not know if he would always conform, because he was a rebel at heart.
