[By Telegraph.-—Press Association.) NAPIER, Tuesday.
Some months ago Napier was subjected to an epidemic of burglaries, all efforts of the police to discover the perpetrators proving futile. Quite unexpectedly, however, fresh light has been thrown on the mystery by the arrest of David Conway Burn, at Hastings.
