CAPETOWN, Thursday.

Some hundreds of coloured stevedores employed by private firms struck at tho Capetown docks this morning. They aro demanding better pay. Otherwise the situation in the Capo Peninsula is improving. Further strikers have returned to work at Salt River. The men in trades generally aro marking timo.
