C. Beary, a prominent anti-militarist, was arrested to-day in connection with his refusal to render military service. Beary has been prosecuted about ten times ,and has served several terms of imprisonment arid military detention. His case was mentioned in Parliament during the session, when the Minister eaid he ha<l no desire to carry the proeecution of a conscientious objector to
