The army manoeuvres opened at Bucks on novel lines, fifty thousand regulars attacking a skeleton army consisting mainly of Territorials, with the object of testing the staffs' handling of largo masses oi troops, especially in the maintenance of communications and transport. General French is commander of the invaders. The defenders aro employing three squadrons of aeroplanes and also airships.
