The "Daily News and Leader's" Constantinople' co-respondent reports that the situation there is extraordinary. -.;■ :. - ■ •... , Business is at a. standstill. There have been many fires, and the inhabitants are indulging in amusement and pleasure, not heeding the progress of the war. Cholera has broken out on the Asiatic shore. The Government is in desperate straits for money, and compelling the rich merchants to subscribe. The Crown jewels have been hypothecated . Other reports state that the Turks sortied on Saturday and captured, at the bayonet's point, the Bulgarian position at Daliden hills, inflicting severe loss. The troops at Chataldeja have joined forces at Papaz Bourgas and occupied the heights to the westward.
