The Government has made further urgent representations to Bulgaria to allow her nationals to leave Adrianople.

The Government is inviting the ambassadors of the great Powers to a financial conference to discuss the distribution of the Turkish debt among the Balkan allies when they are installed in the conquered territory. A proliminary investigation places the amount between £16,000,000 and £18,000,000.
