CAPETOWN, Tuesday,
The victim of a native outrage at Turffontein died. There is a renewed agitation against tho black peril. Two further outrages are reported from Frankfort and Kimberley. A native at Middloburg was eentencod to death for rape. ; Tho Somite is discussing remedial measures.
