Messrs Redmond and Dillon agree to this, but good judges believe that, the National Assembly will reject the Home Rule Bill, unless it provides* for iiscai autonomy. The Chronicle, in its forecast of tho Bill, however, states that Ireland ha full!J control of customs and excise, subject to tho continuance of British free-trade.
