FORECAST OF THE BILL.
CUSTOMS AND EXCISE,
Press Association—Electric Teleeraph—Copyright. Receivod Saturday, at 8.5 a.m. LONDON, Friday. The Times states that despite tho report of the Financial Committee, which was published in The Times on December 2nd, the Government has decided that the Irish and excise will remain under Imperial control. Messrs Redmond and Dillon agree to this, but good judges believe that, the National Assembly will reject the Home Rule Bill, unless it provides* for iiscai autonomy. The Chronicle, in its forecast of tho Bill, however, states that Ireland ha full!J control of customs and excise, subject to tho continuance of British free-trade.
