RECRUDESCENCE OF FIGHTING,

MEXICO CITY, Wednesday. The armistice has been extended for five days. The Federals have re-captured Ojinagß, and the rebels are retreating. There is continuous fighting at Honora. The lives of foreigners are not considered to be safe in the interior of Mexico. Formal peace negotiations will begin at El Paso immediately.
