Lady St. Helier is indefatigable in the service of the poor, and in society is famed for tier brilliant art of entertaining. Mr Cox is a journalist and studeut of political economy. Ho spent nearly a. year working as an agricultural labourer iv Kent and Surrey iv order to set an insight into the life of English labourers. Mr Drage lias also studied industrial conditions, and sat as Conservative M.P. for Derby from 1805 to IUOO.
