A VOTER'S QUALIFICATION.
(By Telearavh — Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night.
A. H. Anderson appealed ou Saturday against the decision of the City Council to strike out his name from the municipal roll on the ground that he was only a lodger. In the meantime, Anderson was put on the roll in respect of property qualification. The solicitor for the City Council did not call evidence, and the Magistrate allowed the appeal. Mr Anderson is secretary of the Saturday Half-Holiday Committee.
