Nagim Pasha, Minister of Justice, was killed in mistake for Edhein Pasha, Minister of War.

Reuters ageut reports that Iquil Kemil Bey, Leader of the Liberal Union,has beeu appointed vice-Prosid-eut of the Chambers.
A majority of tho garrison remained outside the Parliannut House and War Office throughout the night, continuous firing beiug kept up in honour of the acceptauce of the military £>ud ecclesiastical demands. These included the removal from Constantinople of Djahid, editor of the Tanim.
The fact that the majority in Parliament belong to the Committee of the Union of Progress, reuders the future obscure.
The Sheikulislam, who acted as pacificator has retained his post.
