ORDER RESTORED

CONSTANTINOPLE, Last Night
Javer Pasha, Commandant at Constantinople, has succeeded Madmud Mukhtar as Commander of the First Army Corps.
Order has now been restored. The troops saluted the Deputies, thus showing that the movement was not aimed at the Constitutions.
Processionists ou Tuesday asked the Sultan to go to Stamboul aud wear a green turban as a token of respect for the religion.
A small force of Russian Cossacks has been sent to Meshed to protect
foreigners
