BULLOCKS FALL INTO A FIREPIT Press Association- KI-.-> : - ''" U--it.li—Copyright. SYDNEY, Last Night. An unusual accident is reported from Mai i land. While a team of twelve bullocks was passing over what appeared to be hard ground, the soil suddenly collapsed, sinking to a depth of four feet and landing the cattle into a mass of smouldering fire beneath. Eight of the bullocks were burned to death, and three others severely injured. In rescuing these the driver had his foot badly scorched.
